I dont comment normally.but sometimes when i need it,i do.but i know the difference between chat and comments. i think there is huge differecne between chat and comment. first difference in my point of view is that in chatting you normally chat with a single person or in the group of some members.but in comment all the people can participate and see your comment. this topic is like Personal VS Public.
